EventBuffer::prependBuffer — Moves all data from source buffer to the front of current buffer
说明
public EventBuffer::prependBuffer( EventBuffer$buf
): bool
Behaves as EventBuffer::addBuffer() , except that it moves data to the front of the buffer.

Source buffer.
返回值
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
