HaruAnnotation::setOpened ( bool$opened
) : bool
Defines whether the annotation is initially displayed open. This function may be used with text annotations only.

TRUEmeans the annotation is initially displayed open,FALSE- means it's closed.
返回值
Returns TRUE on success.
